Preorder Policy

Preorder items are high-demand styles that are available to purchase before they officially arrive in stock. When you place a preorder, you are reserving the item in advance so it can be shipped once it becomes available.

Each preorder item will include an estimated ship date in the product description. Most preorder items ship on or before the listed date; however, ship dates are estimates and may be subject to change due to production, vendor, or shipping delays.

Please note that if your order includes both preorder items and in-stock items, your full order will ship together in one package once the preorder item is ready. If you would like your in-stock items to ship sooner, we recommend placing a separate order for preorder styles and in-stock styles.

Preorder items are final once placed and can only be canceled if the estimated ship date is delayed. By purchasing a preorder item, you agree to the estimated shipping timeline listed on the product page.
