Returns

  • You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return.

  • Items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in original packaging.

  • We cannot accept items that show signs of wear, including marks from makeup, deodorant, perfume, or damage.

  • Returns that do not meet these conditions will be declined and sent back.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Jewelry

  • Boob tape

  • Hosiery

  • Items purchased from the Sale section marked as Final Sale

Store Credit

  • Approved returns will be issued as a store credit.

  • Store credits are valid for 180 days from the date issued. After 180 days, unused credits will expire.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please report it within 3 days of delivery.

  • We will replace the item at no cost to you or provide a full refund if a replacement isn’t available.

Important

  • At this time, we do not offer direct refunds on standard returns—only store credit.
