You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return.

Items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in original packaging.

We cannot accept items that show signs of wear, including marks from makeup, deodorant, perfume, or damage.

Returns that do not meet these conditions will be declined and sent back.

Store Credit

Approved returns will be issued as a store credit.

Store credits are valid for 180 days from the date issued. After 180 days, unused credits will expire.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please report it within 3 days of delivery.

We will replace the item at no cost to you or provide a full refund if a replacement isn’t available.
